Terms and conditions of service and cruise bookings
I. Definitions
Service – a website offering 45-minute cruises on GDAŃSKie POMERANCZE yachts.
Service Provider – DELTA Mariusz Hejnowicz, ul. Niska 6, 82-300 Elbląg, NIP 578-00-07-516.
Customer – a natural or legal person using the Website and reservation services.
Reservation – the process of purchasing a ticket or renting a yacht through the FareHarbor system.
Electronic Communication – emails, contact forms and notifications from the booking system.
II. General provisions
The Regulations define the rules for using the Website and making reservations.
Using the Website requires reading and accepting the Terms and Conditions.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Regulations – the latest version is always available on the website.
III. Terms of Use of the Website
Use of the Website is free and voluntary.
The Customer is obliged to use the Website in accordance with the law and Internet security principles.
It is prohibited to use the Website for any harmful activities, including:
interference with the Website code,
excessive server load,
attempts to breach security.
In the event of a security threat, the Customer is obliged to immediately inform the Service Provider.
IV. Reservation and provision of the service
Reservations are made through the FareHarbor system – acceptance of its terms and conditions is required.
The customer receives a booking confirmation via email, containing the details of the cruise.
In case of bad weather conditions, the cruise may be cancelled or changed – in such case the customer will be informed and will receive a refund or the option to change the date.
V. Payments and Cancellations
Payment is made online in the FareHarbor system or in another manner agreed with the Service Provider.
Cancellation and refund policies are defined by the FareHarbor system – the customer must accept them when booking.
VI. Personal data protection
Customer data is processed by DELTA Mariusz Hejnowicz and FareHarbor in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The customer has the right to access data, correct it, request its deletion, limit its processing, object and transfer data.
VII. Cookies and tracking technologies
The website uses cookies necessary for its operation, including analytical and functional cookies (e.g., Google Analytics, FareHarbor). Customers can manage cookies through their browser settings.
VIII. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
disruptions in the operation of the Website beyond its control,
damage resulting from improper use of the Website.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the operation of the FareHarbor system.
